All SimpleConnect plans are listed and charged in USD. The total shown at checkout is the amount you authorize — applicable taxes, if any, are calculated before you confirm, and no hidden fee is added afterward.
Where a local-currency estimate is displayed for convenience, it is a reference only. Your PayPal payment is always taken in US dollars at the rate shown during checkout.
↩️ Refunds to the original method
Approved refunds are returned to the original PayPal payment method, typically within 3 to 10 business days depending on PayPal and your bank. Unused eSIMs are refundable within 30 days.
Because we never hold your card details, refunds always go back through PayPal rather than to a new account. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.

Questions about paying
Do I need a PayPal account to buy?
You can pay through PayPal using your balance or a card linked to your PayPal account. Any guest card option PayPal offers at checkout is shown there — you only ever pay through PayPal's own secure screens.
Are my card details safe with SimpleConnect?
Yes, because we never receive them. Card and account credentials are entered on PayPal's platform and handled by PayPal. SimpleConnect only gets a confirmation that your payment succeeded, so there is no card data on our servers to protect.
What currency will I be charged in?
In US dollars (USD). The USD total is displayed at checkout before you confirm, and any applicable tax is included there. You are never charged after purchase unless you buy a new plan or top-up.
Will I be charged automatically each month?
No. Every SimpleConnect plan is prepaid with no subscription and no auto-renewal. Once a plan ends, nothing renews and nothing is charged until you deliberately order again.
When will Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Stripe be available?
Direct card payments are being added and will appear on this page and at checkout the moment they go live. Until then, PayPal is the payment method offered, and no unavailable method can be used.
What happens if my payment fails?
If PayPal declines a payment, no order is created and you are not charged. You can try another card in your PayPal account or contact PayPal. If a charge looks wrong, reach us through the contact form and we will check it within one business day.
