1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing simpleconnect.cyou ("the Website") or purchasing any eSIM plan, data package, or related service (collectively, "the Services") from SimpleConnect ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Website or purchase a plan.

These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Delivery Policy, each of which is incorporated into this agreement by reference. Where a product page states conditions specific to a plan, those conditions apply alongside these Terms.

2Our Services

SimpleConnect sells prepaid, data-only travel eSIM profiles for use in more than 200 destinations. After a completed purchase, we deliver an eSIM activation profile and QR code by email so you can install a mobile data plan on a compatible device.

To be clear about what the Services are not:

• We are not a mobile network operator. Connectivity is provided over the networks of our carrier partners in each destination.
• Plans are data-only. They do not include voice minutes, SMS, or a local phone number, and they do not replace your primary number.
• We do not provide home internet, fixed-line service, or commercial/M2M connectivity unless a product page explicitly says so.

3Eligibility and Your Device

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from SimpleConnect, or you must be acting with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you can lawfully enter into this agreement in your country of residence.

You are responsible for confirming before purchase that your device is eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked, and supported in the destination you are traveling to. Most eSIM phones released from 2020 onward qualify, including iPhone XS or newer and recent Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel models. If you are unsure, ask us through the contact form before ordering — we are glad to check compatibility for you.

4Orders, Pricing and Availability

All prices on the Website are listed in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm payment. The total displayed at that moment is the amount you will be asked to authorize.

A binding contract is formed when we confirm your payment and send your eSIM delivery email. Before that point, an order may be corrected or cancelled. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, or breach of these Terms; if we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

Plans are offered while stock and network capacity last. Prices and promotions may change at any time, but changes never affect an order you have already completed.

5Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Checkout is processed by PayPal over an encrypted connection. Card and account credentials are handled entirely by PayPal and are never seen, transmitted, or stored on SimpleConnect servers.

• SimpleConnect plans are prepaid. There are no subscriptions, no auto-renewal, and no charges after purchase unless you deliberately buy a new plan or top-up.
• You must pay using a payment method registered in your own name and authorized for the transaction.
• If PayPal declines a payment, no contract is formed and you will not be charged.

6Delivery and Activation

Your eSIM profile, QR code, and setup instructions are sent by email, normally within minutes of payment confirmation. Delivery is electronic only — nothing is shipped, and no physical SIM is included unless a product page states otherwise. Please check your spam and promotions folders before contacting us.

Depending on the plan, the validity period starts either when you install the profile or when the eSIM first connects to a supported network abroad. Each product page states which rule applies. You may install most plans before departure so you are connected on landing.

You are responsible for installing and selecting the eSIM correctly on your device and for keeping your delivery email, which contains your QR code and order reference. If your delivery email is lost or bounces because of an address you provided, ask us through the contact form and we will verify and resend it.

7Data Allowances, Speeds and Coverage

Every plan has a fixed data allowance and validity period. When the allowance or the validity period ends, the connection stops — it does not silently generate extra charges. Where a plan continues at reduced speed after the allowance is reached, this is stated on the product page.

• Actual speeds (4G, 5G, or lower) depend on the local partner network, your device, location, and network load. Coverage descriptions are best-effort estimates, not guarantees.
• Some destinations impose local rules on eSIM use, registration, or voice-over-IP services. You are responsible for complying with the laws of the country you are in.
• Plans are intended for personal travel. Use primarily outside the covered destination, or any use that breaches fair-use limits stated on a product page, may be restricted.

8Refunds, Cancellations and Disputes

Unused eSIMs can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, as described in our Refund Policy. Once a plan has been activated or used, it becomes non-refundable, and this condition is shown on every product page before payment.

If we cannot deliver a working eSIM because of a fault on our side, you may choose a replacement profile or a full refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original PayPal payment method and typically appear within 3 to 10 business days depending on PayPal and your bank.

If something looks wrong with a charge, contact us through the contact form first — most issues are resolved within one business day. You keep the right to open a dispute through PayPal's resolution process, and nothing in these Terms limits that right.

9Support and Communications

Support is provided through the contact form on this Website. We reply to every inquiry, normally within one business day. Please include your order reference so we can help you faster.

You agree to receive transactional emails connected to your order, such as delivery of your eSIM, resend confirmations, and refund notices. Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in, and every campaign includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

10Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services lawfully. In particular, you must not:

• use an eSIM or the Website for any illegal activity, fraud, or the transmission of malware, spam, or unlawful content;
• operate SIM-boxing, voice-bypass, interconnection resale, or any arrangement that routes third-party traffic through a consumer data plan;
• resell, redistribute, or commercially share plan data without our written authorization;
• attempt to interfere with, overload, or reverse-engineer the Website or our partners' networks;
• abuse the refund policy, file unjustified chargebacks, or use a payment method that is not yours or not authorized.

We may suspend or terminate eSIM profiles used in breach of this clause, without refund, where the breach is deliberate or repeated.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — text, graphics, logos, layout, and code — is owned by SimpleConnect or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with a purchase. Any other reproduction, modification, or republication requires our prior written permission.

12Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. While we carefully select network partners and monitor plan quality, we do not warrant that connectivity will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any specific speed or location, because service depends on third-party operators and conditions beyond our control.

13Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SimpleConnect's total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, missed flights, or the cost of substitute services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

14Indemnification

You agree to compensate SimpleConnect for losses, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Services, or your misuse of someone else's payment method, to the extent such claims are attributable to you.

15Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may update the Services, plans, and these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Material changes affecting future purchases take effect when posted on this page; we encourage you to review these Terms before each order.

16General Provisions

• Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision once, that does not mean we waive the right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer.
• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies linked in Clause 1, form the entire agreement between you and SimpleConnect regarding your purchase.
